SEOUL, Korea – July 3, 2024 – BHSN (CEO Jungkeun Lim), a leading Legal AI solutions company, announced its ambition to become Asia's unparalleled business solution provider by leveraging its Legal and AI technology expertise.
On July 3rd, BHSN held its first press conference since its inception at Dream Plus located in Seocho-dong, Seoul, South Korea. The event featured numerous C-level executives as speakers, including CEO JungkeunLim, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Jaeho Jo, and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) Hyungjun Kim. CEO Jungkeun Lim highlighted the transformative changes in the generative AI market in his keynote speech, emphasizing that Legal AI reflects a powerful global market demand ㅡthe small-sized and domain-specialized LLM.
Jaeho Jo, the CSO, started the first session by introducing the all-in-one AI business solution, ‘allibee’. He detailed the solution's key features, focusing on its expertise and technological scalability. CSO Jo emphasized that significant business decisions are based on legal documents, such as contracts and legal consultations, noting that legal language serves as a universally clear business terminology across industries. He stressed that 'legal' extends beyond 'law' to form the foundation of all business decisions. Specifically, he expressed the company's vision to establish allibee as an all-in-one AI B2B solution by expanding various Legal AI technologies, including Legal LLM, AI-powered legal search, and contract-specific legal OCR, to enhance business operations and strategy formulation.
In the second session, CAIO Hyungjun Kim showcased the various Legal AI technologies and key features that are already integrated into allibee or are slated for future integration. He introduced functions such as AI contract review, internal DB search agents, business intelligence based on foreign laws and policies, and allibee Factory. Kim explained the advantages of Legal AI over general-purpose AI like ChatGPT, demonstrating through a live demo that allibee's contract review capabilities are 22% more accurate in Korean, 12% in English, and 14% in Japanese compared to GPT-4, with processing speeds five times faster. He also unveiled the 'Business Intelligence' solution, which provides insights for global companies based on foreign laws, government policies, and case studies, and highlighted that allibee's responses are more tailored to user needs compared to Perplexity when it comes to legal requirements and contract types, etc.
Lastly, CEO Jungkeun Lim revealed BHSN's new corporate identity(CI) and allibee's new brand identity(BI), and presented the company's business strategy and goals for the latter half of 2024 and 2025.
"We plan to expand allibee's functionalities beyond contract and legal advisory efficiency to support business decision-making and strategy formulation for corporations, government and public administration, and law firms, thereby broadening our service scope as a comprehensive B2B solution," CEO Lim said. He added, "We aim to expand our business globally, starting with the Japanese market this year, and to become an all-in-one AI business solution company that innovates business processes and shortens workflows through Legal AI technology."
